ruruko × mimi décor Collaboration Doll is Here! [Pre-orders accepted until May 26]

Hello everyone. I'm Ryoko, the owner.

This time, as part of a project for the magazine "Dollybird vol.41," a collaborative doll between PetWORKs' "ruruko" and "mimi décor" has been released. Orders are currently being accepted.

I would be delighted if this doll could reach the hands of everyone who loves the world of mimi décor.

This time, I was entirely in charge of the doll's hair and makeup, pattern making for the outfits, material selection, sample creation, and even the coloring of the shoes.

The body is the Pure Neemo 2 Emotion S specification.
Through discussions with the company, we decided to adopt this body, which is particularly popular among those who prefer realistic clothing.

Since this body is also familiar to those who use mimi décor's 22cm doll items, you can enjoy coordinating it with your existing clothes.

The outfit was designed with an emphasis on "versatility," "ease of matching individually," and "trendy, realistic clothing."
By adding a removable ruffled harness, we also made it possible to enjoy the doll's charming elegance.

For the shoes, we aimed for a design that would naturally blend with any outfit and be so easy to use that you'd want to pick them up every day.This specially ordered color is only available here.

Sand beige, like a gum sole.
The realistic texture of the sole is filled with charm.

The short hairstyle is easy to manage and accessible even for doll beginners.
We've created an ideal handsome short cut that enhances the face and fashion.

It's hard to find a short haircut with this balance, and I've actually customized my own hair in the past.
I'm so happy that this project has made "mass production" possible, allowing me to share this style with many people.

To balance the neat hair, I focused on making the makeup vibrant enough to not be overshadowed by the clothes.
The contrast between blue-gray and terracotta orange is also a point of particular attention.

This has been a long message, but I still can't fully express the charm of this doll.

Surely around January or February next year,
some people who see posts from those who have welcomed this doll might regret not getting one themselves.

In fact, I've had a similar experience myself.
I welcomed the Dollybird made-to-order doll "Cherry-chan Isabella," but later, seeing many posts about "Ariana," I thought, "Why didn't I get that one then?"

I'm writing this article because I don't want anyone to feel that way if possible.
